Field: A graduate field to be determined annually by the Royal Civil Service Commission of Bhutan; to be augmented by leadership courses at Renaissance College.
Value: $20,000 per year plus residence room & tuitionfees
Number: 1 new scholarship per year for four years
Duration: Two years for each scholarship.
This scholarship will be awarded to a Bhutanese civil servant who has demonstrated leadership ability in order to allow him or her to complete a Master’s degree in an area of interest to the Royal Civil Service Commission of Bhutan. The recipient must complete his or her Master’s work, internship in an area related to his or her role in the Civil Service of Bhutan, and leadership development courses at Renaissance College.

(1) A full curriculum vitae
(2) Official transcripts for all previous postgraduate studies
(3) English as a second language score (TOEFL, IELTS, Michigan, or other recognized test)
(4) Three letters of reference that include evaluation of the applicant’s leadership potential
