Awarded to a UNB student who has completed at least one year in a full-time graduate program (MSc or PhD) in Physics. Selection will be made by the Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Physics in consultation with the faculty of that department. The prize will be awarded based mainly on achievement in thesis research but with consideration of performance in graduate-level classes. This prize is to be in addition to the awardee's GTA, scholarship(s) and/or stipend.
