COVID-19 Essential Services

Student Health services remain available for full time students – call to book your appointment, we have plenty of capacity.

March 24, 2020:  With the directive for essential services only due to COVID-19, Student Health will be offering services by telephone only.  Our staff are available, and most services are still possible.

You can expect phone lines may be busy.  If you have questions, you can email SHC@unb.ca.  This email is being monitored daily. We are doing our best to continue providing services and ask for your patience.

Campus Pharmacy - Will evaluate a 30-day renewal of all prescriptions (without a doctor/nurse practitioner note) during the reduction to essential services and reduced clinic capacity.

Counselling Services can be reached for video or telephone appointments with the counsellors.

The phone lines at the UNB Student Health Centre can be very busy. If you get our answering machine when you call during business hours, it means we are on the line with another patient. Keep trying and if you are still unable to get through, we recommend coming to the clinic in person.
We take cancellations by email only.
