Sharing your story is easy.

Record and submit your answers using a simple video recording app we provide. Five to ten minutes of your time is all it takes.

How to record your video:

• The video app will open once you click "Get Started" and complete the contest entry form.
• Once the video app opens, you'll be prompted to respond to the three questions listed above. After each question, you'll be able to review your response. You will have the option to accept the recording or try again. After the last question, fill out your name and email address and click "Done".
