Courses can be taken on a stand-alone basis.
We are pleased to offer the very popular, Project Management Essentials, in 6 virtual sessions of 3½ hours each with a live instructor. The instructor will present a tool or concept and then there will be large group discussion, small group exercises, exercise debrief, and time to discuss how the project management tools can be used in a work environment.
Project managers with appropriate skills and experience can find exciting, high-visibility opportunities in a wide range of fields. This course is designed to provide you with a proven, practical approach to preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is an intense review of exam material designed to help you to write the exam; it is not intended to teach you basic project management concepts. Prior project management training and experience is highly recommended to maximize your chances of passing the exam.
