UNB’s College of Extended Learning is equipped to help adult learners earn a degree, a certificate either through part-time or full-time studies, one course at a time. Our academic advisors can show you the most direct route to your learning goals, providing support services along the way.

Bachelor of Integrated Studies

Designed specifically for adult learners, the Bachelor of Integrated Studies (BIS) gives you the tools you need to reach your educational and career goals. Courses can be completed online or through alternative delivery methods using Teams or Zoom. With prior approval, you can also take courses through a recognized Canadian university and have your credit transferred to the BIS program.

University Prep Program

The online University Prep program is available to adult learners or interested graduates of high school, adult high school, or GED who need resources, course upgrading, advising, and learner support for entry into UNB degree programs. Prior Learning Assessment
