In celebration of Mexico, we're offering a variety of different cooking classes. In each class, you will learn to prepare some of the most traditional Mexican recipes while learning about the culture, music, language and the history behind each dish.

Ana González was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She studied at Universidad Regiomontana and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts Management. Upon graduation, Ana participated in an exchange program with NBCC where she graduated with honours in Culinary Arts.
Ana has had the pleasure of working in some of New Brunswick's top restaurants including, Savour in the Garden & The Garden Cafe (St. Andrews), Brew Bakers (Fredericton) where she worked as Pastry chef for 2 years. Ana is currently working at 11th Mile (Fredericton). Ana is passionate about her culture and showcasing Mexican cuisine with a deeper insight into life in Mexico.
