Meditation Basics

Let your worries slip away with this beginner's Meditation workshop. No previous meditation experience is required and people of all physical abilities are welcome.

Under the guidance of instructor Linda Morehouse, you'll experience four methods of meditation from simply following your breathing to listening to guided instruction. This is a wonderful way to find out which method of stillness works for you.

This class is the first step in allowing your body and mind to relax, center, and heal.

Note: Please dress comfortably.

No materials are required.

About the instructor

Linda Morehouse is a retired social worker, spiritual teacher, meditation instructor, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and animal healer. Her other passions include photography and creating art in various forms. She presents each workshop from a place of heart-centered energy.
