Creative Expression

Photo: A butterfly made out of water droplets

Our lives as we were living them have been interrupted and “put on hold”.

Understanding the creative process can potentially produce new and exciting insights. Why not take this time to examine how you are using your time, what motivates you, and what brings you joy?

Creativity can be a time of unfolding. It can be an opportunity to express your thoughts, feelings, and ideas through any artistic means of your choice, such as various forms of writing, drawing, painting, etc., that YOU choose.

Join instructor Barb Buckley and explore the various ways to creatively express your thoughts and feeling.

“People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, reckoned and redeemed.”
-Audrey Hepburn
