Novel Writing (Online Course)

How to write a novel is a question that a lot of writers, both beginning and more experienced, ask themselves.

The novel is often held to be the pre-eminent literary and commercial form, in part because its length allows so much room for variation and play, but working on the scale that the novel requires is what can make writing one daunting!

In this course, you will learn the essentials for taking your ideas and bringing them to the novel form, whether you're looking to complete a first draft or polish a work-in-progress. Through workshops, writing exercises, and suggested readings, students will develop tools and strategies for structuring and writing, as well as refine their critical and technical expertise. This course accepts writers of all levels of experience.

No materials required.
