It’s easier than you think!

Join Jody McCleary for an afternoon workshop that will lead you step-by-step through the process of brewing Kombucha—as well as learning more about its benefits.

Bring paper and pen to take notes as Jody walks you through the entire process of making a batch of kombucha. You will learn preparation, best practices, recipes and how to keep it alive and well while it turns tea into a healthy replacement for pop. About the instructor

Jody McCleary has been a graphic designer for many years but has returned to university to pursue her dreams of becoming an art educator. Most of her artwork is rooted in portraiture with personality. But do not be misled, this is not where her interests end. She is a fool for healthy eating. After discovering a notable difference in her digestion from drinking komboucha, she began to investigate more about the properties, different methods, and how to make it from home. While reading, she adjusted her methods and finally solidified the method that works best in this climate.
