The English Language Programme (ELP) is located on the picturesque campus of the University of New Brunswick (UNB) in Fredericton. Established in 1950, ELP is one of the oldest English Second Language schools in Canada and attracts learners from over 50 countries each year.

We offer:

Trained in the English Language Programme (ELP) methodology, our instructors and staff are dedicated to ensuring that clients of all language proficiency levels receive a high-quality instruction. Our active approach to learning assists our clients to think in English, speak in English, and write in English in a scenario-based, real-world environment.

• Accelerated English for Professionals^©: Intensive one and two-week courses

• Daytime Personalized Format: Offered on a weekly basis with flexible scheduling.

• English for Academic Purposes: Increase your English proficiency for university study. Choose from a variety of formats.

• Program of Academic English Preparation Pathway: Designed for those applying to UNB who need to improve their English.

• Evening credit & non-credit courses: English language courses for anyone interested in improving their English.

• Specialized formats: We offer workplace language training options for those looking to improve their English for employment purposes.

• Executive Online Learning Series©: This program is designed to help you continue your practice of hearing, speaking, writing, and reading English.

• Virtual 15: ELP's Virtual 15 features small-group sessions, one week at a time. Choose as many as you like. If your time is limited, this course is an excellent choice for a busy schedule.
