The Fourth Annual Atlantic Provinces Autism Conference (UNB APAC) was held from Nov. 7 to 10, 2022, and for the third time, it was delivered virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The theme of the conference was "APAC 2022 Workshop Series". We heard our attendee's feedback from previous years and knew that hosting an event online would require much more interaction – so we provided fewer sessions, for longer periods of time, to allow participants more time to understand and interact with the session/host.
We held five workshops, facilitated by six hosts and we had 112 registrations over the course of the four-day event.
We are very pleased with the turnout and hope to host an even better event at our up-coming in-person conference in November 2023!
