You will learn how to:

  • Prepare an agenda and plan a virtual meeting
  • Start off on the right foot and gain traction
  • Facilitate discussions and arrive at decisions
  • Create a "Meeting Action Report"
  • Deal with common meeting challenges

Instructor

Elaine Leclerc is President of HCS Training and Consulting. She has been providing training and organizational consulting services to business, industry and government for more than 20 years.

In addition to designing and delivering workshops and speaking at conferences, Elaine provides coaching to individuals and teams and works within organizations to manage transitions and create healthy and effective workplace environments.

She graduated from the University of New Brunswick and, after working for the New Brunswick Provincial Government designing and delivering training programs for business and industry, launched her own consulting firm specializing in developing people and supporting organizations achieving success.
