Build Relationships Virtually helps you explore techniques and tools for building relationships with members of virtual teams. You will engage in discussions and self-assessments, and develop action plans to increase your personal effectiveness. The focus will be on evidence-informed best practices that you can begin to use immediately.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Make and maintain connections with others
  • Identify and accommodate interpersonal preferences
  • Leverage emotional and social intelligence
  • Deal with cranky people
  • Overcome common interpersonal challenges

Instructor

Elaine Leclerc is President of HCS Training and Consulting. She has been providing training and organizational consulting services to business, industry and government for more than 20 years.

In addition to designing and delivering workshops and speaking at conferences, Elaine provides coaching to individuals and teams and works within organizations to manage transitions and create healthy and effective workplace environments.

She graduated from the University of New Brunswick and, after working for the New Brunswick Provincial Government designing and delivering training programs for business and industry, launched her own consulting firm specializing in developing people and supporting organizations achieving success.
