This seminar will provide an environment in which participants can improve their knowledge, skills, and attitudes in developing and leading effective teams. Teams need more than theory; they need the ‘how to’. Learn how to establish the team, determine the roles and responsibilities of team members, and develop constructive communication channels. Strategies for typical team dysfunctions will be highlighted.
This is a practical 1-day workshop designed for those responsible for forming and leading teams.
