Erin Stafford

Erin Stafford (she/her, BSc’08)

Uxbridge, ON

Erin is a senior manager with Scotiabank’s commercial risk management department, and helps create and deliver flexible lending solutions to commercial clients to help them thrive. Since graduating from UNB’s Fredericton campus with her bachelor of science in biology in 2008, she has stayed connected to UNB through various alumni and student recruitment events. She is excited to connect with alumni, and is looking forward to giving back to UNB and the community that “helped form the person I am today.”

Jennifer Sutherland Green

Jennifer Sutherland Green (LLB’99), Vice-President

Fredericton, NB

Jennifer is director and senior legal counsel, pensions and insurance, with the Financial and Consumer Services Commission (FCNB). She joined FCNB in 2014 and has practised in a variety of roles in the labour and employment law sector during her career. She is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association; and is past president of the Fredericton Therapeutic Riding Association and past president of the UNB Associated Alumnae. She currently sits on UNB’s Board of Governors and Senate.

Olive Ozoemena

Olive Ozoemena (MBA’16), Saint John Representative 

Saint John, NB

Olive is director of operations and programs at the New Brunswick Multicultural Council, helping to build an inclusive and a welcoming province for immigrants. Pursuing a MBA at UNB Saint John helped shape her career path, and created opportunities to meet people who allowed spaces for growth and advancement. She joined council to give back to an “institution that contributed to who I am today, to share my experiences, while gaining from others as well. It is also an opportunity to create awareness for the impact alumni could make in the communities they live.”

Ian Hardy

Ian Hardy (BBA’07)

Burlington, ON

Ian works for TD Life & Health helping clients obtain peace of mind by selecting the right insurance product for their situation. He says his time at UNB Saint John encouraged him to be part of the community because "it allows you to improve either the place you study or live, along with improving your network allowing you to be part of more opportunities, whether that be on the personal side or in your career." He has been volunteering for different events through the years for the alumni association and wanted to take the next step in continuing to contribute to the UNB community.
