Faculty Reserves Requests

We will place items on reserve for law faculty teaching law courses. Special requests from other faculty members at UNB or St. Thomas University should be directed to the Head Law Librarian via the appropriate liaison librarian from UNBF libraries.

A law faculty member who would like to put library-owned print items on reserve ought to send their request to Janice Stockall.

If a law faculty member would like to put material on electronic reserve (for example, a PDF copy of an article or book chapter) or would like to place a personally-owned item on reserve (for example, a book that the faculty member owns), please fill out this form and submit your request to lawres@unb.ca. Please review the second page of the form, which provides information on our electronic reserves guidelines and procedures.

We kindly ask all faculty to review the UNB Copyright guidelines and other information, which can be found at https://www.lib.unb.ca/copyright/. In particular, we ask all faculty to review the fair dealing guidelines, which can be found at https://www.lib.unb.ca/copyright/Glossary.php#fair. We can only place items on reserve if they comply with fair dealing.
