No show fees

We take appointment cancellations by email only.

To avoid no-show fees, email the Student Health Centre to cancel appointments:

• Fredericton campus - Email shc@unb.ca by 8 a.m. for all appointments
• Saint John campus - For appointments with the physician, email behealthy@unb.ca 24hrs prior to cancel appointments.
• Saint John campus - For appointments with the nurse practitioner, email behealthy@unb.ca by 8:00 a.m. to cancel morning appointments and by 12 noon to cancel afternoon appointments.

Our goal is to ensure the appointment time is available for other students calling to get an appointment.

Note: Cancellation policy applies to all in-person, telephone, and virtual appointments. 

Payment is required in full prior to receiving additional service, product or paperwork.

Payment Methods

• The Fredericton Student Health Centre is able to accept cash or E-transfers (we do not accept debit/credit).
• The Saint John Student Health Centre accepts cash only at this time. 

Financial Aid - If you are having difficulty meeting your financial obligation please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance on the missed appointment fee.
