Active living

Not only does physical activity contribute to a healthy body, it also plays a critical role in mental health. Some of the benefits of an active lifestyle include: stress alleviation, improvement in focus and memory, better quality of sleep, and boosting overall mood. Creating an active lifestyle can be as simple as going for a daily walk and taking the stairs more often.
