Missed Appointment Fees

Notice of Cancellation:

Email the Student Health Centre by 8:15 to cancel a.m. appointments, and by 12 noon to cancel p.m. appointments. Otherwise, the following charges will be applied. Payment is required in full prior to accessing additional services.

Dietitian appointment missed	$25
Health Practitioner appointment missed	$30
Specialist appointment missed	$50

Payment Method: CASH Only

Payment is required in full prior to receiving additional service, product or paperwork.

Financial Aid - If you are having difficulty meeting your financial obligation please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance on the missed appointment fee.
