If you or someone you know has a crises with addictions, anxiety/stress, abuse, depression, suicide, grief, etc. the following sources of help are available to you:

• contact Counselling Services to speak to a counsellor or psychologist at 453-4820
• Sexual Assault
• any type of Medical Emergency CALL 911, then call Security at 453-4820 whom are trained as first responders
• any type of emergency on campus call Security at 453-4830
