Urgent Issues
Here are some examples of problems or concerns that likely require urgent attention:
A. You have a current plan to attempt suicide or to inflict serious bodily harm on someone else.
B. You have had any of the following experiences in the last week:
- inflicted or attempted to inflict serious bodily harm on yourself or someone else

attempted suicide or made verbal or written statements about doing so

been physically and/or sexually assaulted

heard or seen things that do not exist

experienced uncontrollable despair, anxiety, or anger

been unable to provide for your own food, clothing, or shelter

lost a loved one

experienced or witnessed a traumatic event
