If you are a student with a permanent disability who has exceptional education-related costs and have applied for a Canada Student Loan and been approved for $1 of funding, you are eligible to apply for the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment for Persons with Permanent Disabilities.
If eligible, the grant can provide financial assistance up to $8,000 per academic year for costs such as tutors, note-takers, interpreters, braillers, specialized transportation or technical aids. Once your application is processed, students will receive written notification of their eligibility.
