Robert Penney graduated from Saint Thomas University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Since then, Robert has held senior positions in both the public and private sector and is currently Chief Operating Officer of the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission.
Robert’s private sector background includes development of business strategy and performance measurement initiatives as well as overseeing compliance with securities commission and other legislation as Corporate Controller of a publicly traded real estate development company.
In the public sector, Robert has led on-time on budget results in multiple departments, led comprehensive reform of legislation and negotiated the remediation of a major New Brunswick financial institution.

To his consultative and executive coaching roles, Terry brings over twenty-five years of personal, organizational and leadership development. He has enjoyed senior management roles in Canada and the U.S. with Canadian Pacific Ltd., Chrysler Corp. and CSX International. During that time he has received numerous business and leadership awards including Chrysler's Director's Award 1996 (Recognition of Excellence) and LMI's 2002 Motivator of the Year for Canada.
Terry was one of the founding content architects of University of New Brunswick's Renaissance College (Leadership Studies Degree) as well as Leadership Fredericton. He remains active with both.
