Your guests must present tickets for admission to the ceremony.

In the event of inclement weather:
• Orientation for graduates will take place on the ground floor of the RJCC in the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre
at the times listed above
• Graduates will also line up for the Academic Procession in the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre
• Faculty will line up for the academic procession in the RJCC Long Hall, fourth floor
• The platform party will robe and line up in the RJCC, Elizabeth A. Currie Board Room, fifth floor
If the Rain Plan is in effect, signs will be posted at the SUB and RJCC, and notices will be aired on local radio stations, distributed via the eNewsletters and posted on the UNB homepage.
Orientation - It is very important that graduates attend the orientation session which precedes their ceremony. See times and locations in the schedule above. Led by the University Marshal, the session provides grads with information ranging from the proper way to wear the academic hood to the degree-granting procedure.
The Procession Card - This is the card from which your name will be read out as you cross the stage to graduate. In addition to your name, it will contain a number to ensure that you are lined up and seated in the correct order.
