At UNB’s graduation ceremonies held in May, a number of students will be recognized with prestigious awards, which include the Governor General’s Silver Medal, the Douglas Gold Medal and Lieutenant Governor New Brunswick Silver Medals.
Recipients’ names will be announced at a later date.
The honorary rank of Professor Emeritus/Emerita is awarded, upon or after retirement from active academic duties, to such professors as have served the university with great distinction.
