Alumni email services

UNB email for life (2011 graduates and later)

After leaving UNB, you will continue to have access to your UNB email through the myUNB Portal for the standard one-year grace period.

To access your email after the year is over, go to and log in with your ‘UNBLoginID’ and Password.

Note: Email for life does not include OneDrive, Instant Messaging or the Office Web Apps. Once your one-year grace period is over, you will no longer have access to these applications through your UNB email.

Email forwarding for life (graduates before 2011)

Email forwarding for life (EFL) helps our alumni to keep in touch. It's not a full email service, but it will forward any messages sent through your UNB Alumni EFL account to your regular email address.

In order to access the EFL service you will need a UNB alumni account, consisting of your UNB login ID (your old student login ID) and password. Once you've activated your alumni account, you can update your forwarding address.

How it works

When you claim an email account ending with, you'll also enter your regular email address. As long as you keep your UNB alumni EFL account updated with your current email address, any mail directed to you through your address will be forwarded to you.

Note: EFL is meant to facilitate individual communication of a personal nature among the members of the UNB Associated Alumni. Use of this service for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, reproducing and storing addresses in a retrieval system by any means, electronic or mechanical, or using the service for any group, commercial or political mailing is strictly prohibited and is in direct violation of copyright and constitutes misappropriation of corporate property.
