Aging in Place

Dec 8 and 10, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

According to the Government of Canada (2018), aging in place means having access to services and the health and social supports you need to live safely and independently in your home or your community for as long as you wish or are able.

This workshop is designed to provide senior citizens, and their family members, friends and care givers with appropriate access to services and health and social supports they need to help senior citizens live safely and independently in their home or community.

Delivery method

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this free event will be delivered over Microsoft Teams.

Once you have registered for the event, you will receive an email from UNB Saint John providing you with the direct link to the Aging in Place information session.

You need to have Microsoft Teams to view this event. If technical issues arise that make it difficult for you to view the livestream video, the event will be recorded and available for viewing after the live event.

Participants will be able to ask questions during the session using the chat feature in Teams.
