Eradius Rwakarehe wins CTRF Student Paper Competition

Eradius Rwakarehe, of the UNB Transportation Group, has been awarded the Jim Davey Award (PhD Category) of the 2011-2012 Canadian Transportation Research Forum’s (CTRF) Student Paper Competition for his paper entitled “Review of Traffic Congestion Mitigation Measures: Their Applicability in African Cities". He has won $1,000 and will have the paper published in their annual proceedings.
