Found on rock, soil, humus, and tree bases of Albert, Charlotte, Kings, Saint John,
and York counties; appears frequent in Fundy National Park, where surveys have
been more frequent; 32 total records, with 23 at NBM and others at CANM, DUKE,
and MO.
