EDUCATION AND TRAINING

The CRI delivers undergraduate and graduate training in river sciences, and field-based, training opportunities for students and professionals in areas of benthic invertebrate sampling, electrofishing, watershed management, river restoration, ecosystem sciences, and ecotoxicology.


Innovative Facilities & Research Services

CRI researchers have developed innovative research technology centres to support advanced aquatic research including the Stable Isotopes in Nature Laboratory (SINLAB), CRI Genomics Lab, Crémazy Environmental Chemistry Lab, and provide research services including benthic macroinvertebrate identification and fish aging.

Since 2002, the annual H.B.N Hynes Lecture has featured globally recognized leaders in aquatic sciences.
