On Sunday, November 28 between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. (8 hours), some UCard services will be unavailable.  

This outage is required to perform necessary upgrades to the Transact system and is expected to take 8 hours to complete; but is dependent upon any complications that may arise. 
 
The following UCard services will be affected: 
• UCard Online 
• UCard eAccounts App 
• UCard Gift Deposits 
• UCard Photo Upload 
• Printing to UNB lab printers 
• UCard PHIL stations (located in the HIL & HWK Commons) 
• Purchases with UCard Cash 
 
Note: Secure door access will not be impacted, and mobile IDs will be accessible via the wallet.
