For your information, this latency is affecting computer imaging as well.

When we have more information on the issue, we will inform the UNB community. 

We have received some reports that some faculty, staff and students are experiencing slowness when accessing some services, such as FootPrints, and other web based applications. 

Our team is working to resolve the system latency issues as quickly as possible.
