The Footprints maintenance scheduled for this morning has been postponed. We will update the UNB Community once the new date for the update has been scheduled.

Original Details:

On Sunday, Feb. 24 from 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. (three hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on FootPrints, UNB’s Request Tracking tool. As a result, FootPrints Request Tracking will be unavailable during this time.

No new requests or ticket updates sent via email will be lost during the outage. All new requests and ticket updates sent via email will be queued and delivered once services are restored.
