Online IT Service Catalog Project

Information Technology Services (ITS) has launched a new online IT Service Catalog for faculty, staff and students to browse the many IT Services available to you at UNB.

Although only some of our services are listed in the catalog for now, more will be added soon - stay tuned.

  • search for details on a specific services
  • review your current IT Service Desk requests
  • see the current status of key UNB services
  • and more.

Project phases

  • Phase 1 (complete)
    • Create a Service Catalog Framework to help standardize the catalog information and how it is managed and delivered.
    • Develop a Service Offering template to be completed by the ITS staff member(s) responsible for each service.
  • Phase 2 (complete)
    • Ensure services are clearly defined and grouped into categories that make sense to faculty, staff and students (to be verified with focus groups).
    • Develop content for each service using the Framework from Phase 1
    • Determine the features and functions required to effectively deliver the Service Catalog online.
  • Phase 3 (complete)
    • Design, develop and implement the Service Catalog online.
