Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week




Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Dean of Nursing, the Secretary PL4 (Administrative Assistant) works closely with the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies who oversees the graduate program and research activities of the faculty. This position is responsible for completing administrative functions associated with graduate academic programs, committee work, and research activities.








































  • Post-secondary education in a related field.







  • 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.

The UNB Faculty of Nursing graduate program includes Master of Nursing thesis/report and nurse practitioner programs and is well positioned for continued growth.
