Salary Range:

$42,447.00 - $53,067.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the University Secretary, the Executive Assistant supports the University Secretary and other members of the office through a broad range of administrative functions such as meeting/event coordination, responding to and/or directing general inquiries, distribution of meeting materials, processing financial forms, and other related functions as required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Post-secondary Diploma in Office Administration or related filed. A University degree is preferred.
  • Five years' related experience in executive office environment.

The University Secretariat is accountable for the support of the governance of the University through the effective and efficient operation of the Board of Governors, Fredericton and Saint John Senates, their committees, and other University bodies. As the repository of official Board and Senate records, the University Secretariat is a principal source of information and advice about University policies, procedures, regulations, precedents, and practices.

 

 

 

This position is part of the non-union Administrative, Professional and Technical (APT) group.
