Salary Range:

$20.90 - $24.73 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Manager, Student Accounts and Receivables, the Clerk PL5 (Graduate Administrator) is responsible for the accuracy of all graduate students' account information and for all aspects of customer service to graduate students for both the Fredericton and Saint John campus.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in recognized accounting program.
  • 4 years of related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

 


Additional Strengths

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Experience in a high-volume academic environment with an emphasis on graduate students is considered a definite asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products. Experience with Colleague software is also an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, confidentiality and attention to detail are required.
