Salary Range:

$44,556.00 - $55,695.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Director, Teaching & Learning Services the Project Coordinator communicates with internal and external stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and provides exceptional experiences for those involved in the projects, programs, and events, while providing support, guidance, and assistance to those being served.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in a project coordination role.

  • Event management experience is important.
  • Proficient with project management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with data and using tools such as Excel and Tableau would be an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that include excellent writing, editing, proofreading, presenting, and attention to detail are required.
  • A collaborative mindset, tact and diplomacy, and the ability to exert influence while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Superior communication skills, ability to listen actively, respond verbally in a manner that is clear and respectful, and seek clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
