Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range:
$43,250.00 - $54,062.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:
- Provide financial leadership for the Office of Experiential Education by managing external funding portfolios.
- Provide financial advice and reports.
- Improve the financial processes. Review general ledger accounts for accuracy/coding and reconcile to budget allocations.
- Support work within different areas of Financial Services including accounts receivable, student accounts, and financial accounting as directed.
- Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on financial accounts.
- Liaise with outside agencies and companies regarding billings.
- Request external invoices.
- Prepare financial reports as required.
- Present financial reports to the Director, Office of Experiential Education as requested.
- Other duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
