$61,567.00 - $80,038.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Residence, the Director, Residence is an institutional role with responsibilities to UNB Student Services on all its campuses. The Director, Residence is the primary leader of the Residence Life team and will serve as the acting Senior Director, for UNB when the Senior Director is away from work. The Director is expected to encourage a strong and vibrant Residence community and Residence team. This position ensures a positive, developmentally-focused living and learning experience while promoting a strong and supportive academic environment. WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A University Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in residence leadership, student/client-centric programming and services, Human Resources Management, budget management, crisis intervention, or related field.
