Salary Range:

$18.59 - $22.02 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to Office Manager, the Secretary PL3 provides administrative and accounting support to an assigned group of faculty within the Faculty of Management. This position is an integral part of the faculty's main office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of education and experience would be considered.
  • Two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and adapt to process changes because of dynamic office demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.

The Faculty of Management was established on UNB's Fredericton campus in 1951. It offers the Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration and Master in Quantitative Investment Management programs. In 2022 it obtained AACSB Accreditation.

 

 

 

This position is part of the UNIFOR, Local 4504 employee group and falls under the SALAC Collective Agreement.
