Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

The Clerk PL4 (SJ Student Loan & International Health Administrator) is responsible for cashier service, Saint John campus Student Loans, International Health Insurance, Exchange Students, Co-op Students and Experiential Learning Funds on Student Accounts.

 

 

 

Provide counter service to students, faculty, staff, and the public.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Post-Secondary education with a focus on accounting.
  • Three years of related experience in a high volume, computerized accounting environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience working with accounts and fees in an academic environment a definite asset.
  • Experience working in the health and/or health insurance industry a definite asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Spreadsheet and keyboarding skills.
  • Willingness to participate in job-related courses for a computer-oriented and customer service environment.
