Salary Range:

$20.45 - $23.75 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Director of Music, the Secretary PL4 oversees the financial and administrative functions of the day-to-day operations of the Centre and its varied programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the unit budget, incoming funds, and expenditures, and preparing financial reports.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative and/or finance field.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years' related experience.
  • Experience in working with and addressing the needs of the internal and external clients.
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

  • Marketing experience is an asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Familiarity with the University (policies and procedures) and Colleague are recognized assets.
  • A solutions-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Superior internal/external customer service and strong collaboration skills are required for success.
  • Strong interest in music would be an asset.
