YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Dean, the Secretary PL5 (Administrative Coordinator) oversees the administrative services provided to faculty through the Faculty of Management's (FOM) central office, developing and implementing procedures, and providing support for the operations of the Dean's Office. This position supervises the four staff members within the unit, as needed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration/Office Management. A university degree would be an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years' suitable administrative experience at a significant level of responsibility. A minimum of two years' supervisory experience in an office environment.

  • Ability to work independently, identify & achieve priority objectives, & fulfill assigned tasks without supervision.

The Faculty of Management was established on UNB's Fredericton campus in 1951. It offers the Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master in Quantitative Investment Management programs. In 2022 it obtained AACSB Accreditation.
