Salary Range:

$41,787.00 - $52,233.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Coordinator supports the work of the Associated Alumni.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • University degree, preference will be given to UNB alumni.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 3-5 years' experience in an office environment, ideally with a focus on client service, post-secondary education, and/or non-profit board/governance.

  • Demonstrated sound judgment, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable managing executive calendars, travel, and priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, Planner, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting practices, accounting software (e.g., Sage 50), and budgeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to try new ways of doing things, adopt new technologies, and engage in continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
  • Able to deliver high-quality results under pressure, tight deadlines, and often evolving priorities.
  • Friendly and diplomatic with the enjoyment of building relationships with a wide variety of people.
