Standard Work Hours:

Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week



Additional Working Conditions & Notes:




Some work outside of traditional working hours are required, as needed. These will have advance notification.




Salary Range:

$41,787.00 - $52,233.00 per annum

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Coordinator supports the work of the Associated Alumni.










































  • University degree, preference will be given to UNB alumni.







  • 3-5 years' experience in an office environment, ideally with a focus on client service, post-secondary education, and/or non-profit board/governance.


Additional Strengths




















  • Demonstrated sound judgment, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable managing executive calendars, travel, and priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, Planner, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting practices, accounting software (e.g., Sage 50), and budgeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to try new ways of doing things, adopt new technologies, and engage in continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
  • Able to deliver high-quality results under pressure, tight deadlines, and often evolving priorities.
  • Friendly and diplomatic with the enjoyment of building relationships with a wide variety of people.








The Alumni Office works to engage nearly 100,000 alumni all over the world in the life and success of UNB through events, services, outreach, volunteer opportunities, and communications. We also offer programs to support a positive student experience on UNB campuses.




This position is part of the non-union Administrative, Professional and Technical (APT) group.
