Salary Range:

$43,980.00 - $54,975.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:

 

 

 

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant (EA) is accountable for organizing and managing the affairs of the Executive Director Office. The EA is required to maintain complete confidentiality with respect to all matters falling within the purview of the Executive Director.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in business or office management, with a good knowledge of workplace wellness initiatives.
  • 5 years previous relevant experience, including marketing experience with major social media platforms (Instagram. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube), with data analytics experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Previous experience in events coordination would be an asset.
  • Skills and experience in digital media production are an asset.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once and multitask.
  • Proficiency with utilizing various applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The UNB College of Extended Learning is the primary lifelong learning outreach vehicle for the University, and caries critical community-building and revenue-generation functions. As an educational entrepreneurial unit, CEL contributes to the economic, social, and cultural life of the province by providing educational programs and services to a wide spectrum of learners. The office of the Executive Director is the hub of CEL and oversees the work of all CEL units; and deals with a wide variety of UNB contacts, as well as provincial, regional, and national agencies.

 

 

 

This position is part of the non-union Administrative, Professional and Technical (APT) group.
