Salary Range:
$43,980.00 - $54,975.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:
- Perform administrative duties in support of the Executive Director (ED).
- Book meetings, coordinate travel, plan events and manage daily operations of CEL in relation to the ED.
- Serve as a liaison between the ED and others. Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Facilitate information flow and ensure clarity.
- Coordinate the signing and distribution of the large volume of correspondence, documentation, and contracts between the Manager of Financial Operations and UNB faculties/departments and external stakeholders.
- Research, prioritize, and follow-up on issues and concerns addressed to the ED. Help determine appropriate course(s) of action, referral, or response.
- Assist in social media marketing campaigns as directed by the ED. Create content, monitor campaigns, and respond to feedback from clients.
- Compose press releases on new programming and communication strategies.
- Conduct market research as required.
- Coordinate interviews, callbacks, and help organize selection committees.
- Provide CEL units with the orientation packages for new employees, ensure proper paperwork is signed by new staff and supervisors.
- Sit as the Chair of the CEL Wellness Committee. Direct the committee of 6 staff in health and wellness events and new initiatives.
- Plan and implement all wellness activities including staff functions, fundraising and staff training events.
- Act as lead coordinator of monthly all-staff meetings. Coordinate and contact guest speakers.
- Assist with special projects on an as needed basis.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business or office management, with a good knowledge of workplace wellness initiatives.
- 5 years previous relevant experience, including marketing experience with major social media platforms (Instagram. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube), with data analytics experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Additional Strengths
- Previous experience in events coordination would be an asset.
- Skills and experience in digital media production are an asset.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once and multitask.
- Proficiency with utilizing various applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
