Salary Range:
$47,030.00 - $61,145.00 per annum

YOUR FOCUS:
- Manage and grow key accounts, both corporate and community-based, to achieve sales targets.
- Increase retention rates and expand revenue through cross-sell and up-sell.
- Direct sales contact with current and potential corporate and community clients via face-to-face meetings, direct calls, cold calls, trade shows, exhibits, presentations, and information sessions, as well as electronic and other communication.
- Identify opportunities for customized training solutions at the corporate and public sector level.
- Create and implement communication and engagement plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Participate in the strategic account planning process.
- Act as a lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts (learners, channel partners and key accounts).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting advisor/learner and advisor/key account relationships.
- Respond to client concerns, discern problems/issues, offer solutions, and follow up consistently.
- Facilitate and deliver orientation, training, and support to unit staff related to sales and retention activities.
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities through best practices and trends (market/consumer).
- Maintain data and information relevant to key accounts to conduct analyses influencing decision-making.
- Update sales and client satisfaction data in the CRM.
- Contribute significantly to the planning and implementing of overall business process changes. Identify areas where improvements are needed and implement change.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- A University Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
- 5 - 8 years' experience in solution selling.
- 2 years' experience in project management and team leadership.
- 2 years' proven experience in sales and sales research.
