Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week




Salary Range:

$37,162.00 - $46,454.00 per annum

Reporting to the Dean, the Academic Development Project Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance strategic recruitment efforts for Renaissance College's undergraduate programming and support the development of the future Master of Leadership Studies degree.
































  • Post-secondary education in relevant field.


Additional Strengths










  • Familiarity with leadership, leadership development, and/or interdisciplinary education.
  • Experience with youth or young adult leadership development and event planning/delivery, recruitment, graduate program development.
  • Familiarity with Renaissance College.








Renaissance College is a faculty within the University of New Brunswick that incorporates the traditional ideas of liberal education with leading edge contemporary education theory to educate tomorrow's leaders. The unique blend of interdisciplinary and experiential learning, domestic and global internships, small cohort size, and community focused student learning engages students and promotes lifelong learning. Located at 811 Charlotte Street, Fredericton, RC has a uniquely community-based learning environment and is Canada's first undergraduate degree program in interdisciplinary leadership studies. Renaissance College offers a Bachelor of Philosophy degree and, in association with the College of Extended Learning at UNB, a Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree.




This position is part of the PSAC, Local 60551 employee group and falls under the PTSU Collective Agreement.
